BIO Sjoerd Blum

Sjoerd is a transformation airport executive passionate about both technology and people. Making the most of your human and technological capital through leadership, is what drives him every day.

Sjoerd Blüm joined Royal Schiphol Group in 2015 after 12 years of digital transformations in the financial sector. He first set-up the teams responsible for innovation (technology, data and agile way of working) and for the integral working of the technology (IT strategy & architecture, cyber security and process management). In 2017 Sjoerd became CIO of Royal Schiphol Group. Since 2020, all Data & Digital priorities were shifted under his responsibility. Next to his work for Schiphol, Sjoerd also is a non executive board member for a Technology company specialized in data integration.

BIO Jorissa Neutelings

Jorissa Neutelings is Head  of Digital Innovation & IT at Vattenfall and Supervisor at VVV Nederland & DenkProducties. She focuses on customer behavior which is her base for building the right Digital and IT roads to make service connected and loveable. She is very proud of her bot Nina, who helps more than 1 million customers a year.

With her energy she inspires everyone to come on board, on their way to the higher mission; Digitaal Duurzaam Verbonden.
